I am excited to be a member of the C-Link team because it gives me the opportunity to use the experience and skills I developed as the senior pastor of large churches to help business professionals manage change and develop their leadership skills!
Much of my work is founded on the insights of systems theory, which recognizes that conflict within any system of relationships — whether it is a company, a community, or a family — prevents men and women from reaching their goals and enjoying their full potential.
As a leader of churches with more than 1,000 members, I know how to motivate and inspire people while managing complex organizations and making difficult decisions when they need to be made.
I love working with people and listening closely to them. I specialize in helping teams and companies develop healthy, productive working relationships. Most of all, I am excited by the chance to help businesses find hope when they believe hope is not possible.
I earned a Masters of Divinity degree from the Divinity School at Duke University. I was awarded an honorary Doctor of Humanities degree by Albright College where I also earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors.
For 17 years, I was senior pastor at Wesley United Methodist Church in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. I served as the senior pastor of First United Methodist Church of Lancaster in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for 5 years. I am currently the pastor of Messiah United Methodist Church in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania and I am also an adjunct professor at Lancaster Theological Seminary.
