R. Charles “Chuck” Stehly

Chuck Stehly of C-LinkThe C-Link team is passionate about helping businesses find new ways to grow, particularly when they need to rise to the challenges of change.

Sometimes the need to change comes from success.  Your business is growing and you must transform it to continue that growth.  Sometimes the need to change results from a once-successful business model that is no longer working or effective in getting results achieved in the past.  In this case, companies must transform themselves to renew their success.

We have deep and unique skills to help you in these and other situations.  With an entrepreneurial background, serving as President of Stehly Woodcrafts from 1978- 1996 and President of SignCorp from 1992-1996, I can relate to the many struggles anxiety can cause in most business models.  Currently I serve as Director of Business Development for Corporate Environments in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I have the privilege of serving on the board of directors of the Keystone Savings Foundation and serving as vice-chair of the State Theatre in Easton Pa.  My other board affiliations are, The Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley, New Bethany Ministries, The Morning Star Senior Living Foundation, Priority One, and the Advisory board of the Children’s Home of Easton serving also as a director emeritus for The Northampton Community College.

Past board affiliations include Keystone Savings Bank, Keystone Nazareth Bank and Trust, Bethlehem Area Jaycees, American Cancer Society, Bethlehem Musikfest Association, Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, Northeast Ministries, YMCA of Bethlehem, DeSales University Ethics Forum Board and the Bethlehem Area Education Foundation.  I also served as President of the Bethlehem Senior Citizens’ Council, President of First Night Bethlehem, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Wesley United Methodist Church and President of the Triple S Investment Club.  Also served as past Chairman of the Board at VIA of the Lehigh Valley and was a longtime member of the Bethlehem Halloween Parade Organizing Committee.  As a result I have an understanding of how both for profit and not-for-profit organizations work.

Our approach to developing growth strategies is influenced by Jim Collins, who believes the best path to business success lies within the intersection of what a company does well, what it people love to do and where the economic opportunity exists.

In my career we have addressed many business challenges using this model and others critical to business growth, development and ultimately the success of the franchise.  This is why we are confident the C-Link team can make a difference in the success of your company!
